Hi everyone! ✨📖 For German-speaking readers and book lovers: I’m thrilled to introduce Claire Brubacher – Leibwächterin des Königs, an illustrated adventure novel that transports you into an 18th-century-inspired world filled with intrigue, courage, and discovery. Perfect for young adults and children, this story follows Claire, a young girl from humble beginnings who stumbles upon an unexpected opportunity that could change her life forever. Note: This edition is published in the original German. 🇩🇪🇨🇭🇦🇹 While the narrative has earned praise from literary critics, several traditional publishers see it as “too niche” for commercial success, given its illustrated format and its departure from stereotyped gender and genre expectations. This is a passion project, and we’re now self-publishing to bring the book to life. Both the text and illustrations were developed simultaneously; as Swiss author Nicole Bachmann crafted the story, I worked alongside her to bring its scenes to life through 13 unique illustrations, each one woven into the unfolding journey.
